Pilbara — multi-year accommodation village programme
Held full Owner's Team accountability across a multi-year NPI capital works programme — feasibility through to handover. Delivered new villages at 200, 350, 500 and 800-person scale. Expanded a live 1,600-person village without disrupting operations. Managed engineering teams, contractor networks, cost governance, and executive reporting across the full portfolio.
Pilbara — four concurrent accommodation assets
Simultaneously managed four active Pilbara accommodation facilities — 100 to 504 persons — while delivering concurrent capital works across the same assets. Accountable for catering contractor performance, NPI services contracts, and all soft and hard service delivery. Rewrote contractor scopes to outcome-based frameworks, eliminating recurring performance disputes.
Groote Eylandt — 1,000-person kitchen & dining
Delivered a 1,000-person commercial kitchen, dining facility, and laundry infrastructure in one of Australia's most logistically constrained environments — an active island mining operation, all materials and labour by barge. Coordinated specialist trades and commissioning without a single day of disruption to active site operations.
Remote Australia — 400-person camp through COVID-19
Managed end-to-end programme delivery of a 400-person remote camp through the height of the COVID-19 pandemic — supply chain disruption, evolving health directives, and workforce constraints included. Cost and schedule were held. No lost time incidents. Delivered on programme. Where others stopped, this project moved.
Groote Eylandt & Torres Strait — community housing
Residential housing construction across remote indigenous communities accessible only by air or sea. Supply chain built from scratch for each site. Delivery approach developed around community engagement and cultural respect — both non-negotiable in these environments.
